Where will NK2025 be held?
NK2025 will take place at the spectacular Wood Hotel by Elite in Skellefteå – one of the world’s tallest timber buildings and a global symbol of sustainable innovation.

Whether you’re traveling from southern Sweden or nearby cities, here are the easiest ways to reach Skellefteå for NK2025:
🛫 From Stockholm
Best Option:
- Direct Flight: Take a 1-hour direct flight from Stockholm Arlanda (ARN) to Skellefteå Airport (SFT).
- Several daily departures via airlines like SAS or Norwegian Airline.
- Airport Transfer: Airport shuttle or taxi takes approx. 20 minutes to the city center.
🚆 From Gothenburg
Best Options:
- Flight: Fly from Gothenburg Landvetter Airport (GOT) to Skellefteå (usually via Stockholm Arlanda). Total time: ~3 hours.
- Train + Bus: Take a train to Umeå (via Stockholm), then a bus or rental car to Skellefteå (approx. 2 hours from Umeå).
🚆 From Halmstad
Best Option:
- Train to Stockholm + Flight: Take a train to Stockholm Central Station (~5 hours), then continue by flight to Skellefteå.
