Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

It it possible to transfer a ticket between persons. If you want to do that email skelleftea@jcisweden.

There are certain situations where refunds is not granted:

• it is less than 30 days until the event
